Traveling Project Manager to Luleå – Concrete & Steel

About the role

As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for the project's execution – from planning and management to follow-up and delivery. You are responsible for finances, timelines, quality, and working environment, and you lead the project team towards set goals.

You work systematically with change management and financial follow-up and ensure that the project is conducted according to applicable agreements and regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in civil engineering or construction engineering

• Very good knowledge of AB 04 and ABT 06

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager or site manager with similar responsibilities

• Experience in managing projects with a turnover of at least 100 million SEK

• Experience in both concrete and steel constructions

• Good familiarity with change management and financial follow-up

• Experience working with AutoCAD and Revit

Concrete class 1 is an advantage.
